How long do the LBR Fresh Flowers last and how to give them a longer life? 

Fresh flowers are perishable and have their own natural lifespan. While we cannot guarantee their exact longevity, proper care can greatly extend their beauty and life. 

 

Please follow these instructions to give your flowers a longer life: 

 

  • Please position your arrangement indoors, ensuring it's shielded from direct sunlight and any sources of heat or cold airflow. Such as ceiling fans, TV's or radiators.

  • Please keep the arrangement in a cool environment (62 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit).

  • Le Bouquet Royal Signature Boxes: Our flower box comes with a foam insert soaked in water (oasis foam) and special flower food. This assures to keep your flowers fresh and hydrated. When the foam starts to become dry, simply add a small cup of water from the middle to the center of the box. The easiest is to use a small water bottle to make sure that you don't overflow or water the box itself.Le Boutique Royal Vases and Bouquets: Please check the water level every day to insure that each stem is under the water level.Change the water every other day and re-cut the stems by removing one half inch with a knife or scissors at a 45 -degree angle.

  • Remove fading blooms and greenery. Some flowers last longer than others. To keep your entire arrangement looking fresh, simply remove fading petals or flowers off the stem.

Is it possible to request a delivery time? 

We are always happy to arrange a specific delivery time frame, which you  can request by filling in the special instruction box when completing your order. We will make every effort to deliver the arrangement during your preferred time frame.However ,due to various factors, such as traffic, size of the order, day of the week or other uncontrollable circumstances we do not guarantee specific delivery times. Also, you are always welcome to send us a message or call us so that one of our team members can handle your request personally.

 

Deliveries made during peak business traffic, rush orders, or holidays may experience occasional delays. We kindly request that you allow for some flexibility or plan with extra advanced time to help ensure your delivery arrives on schedule.

Will the arrangements look exactly the same as in the photo? 

While we always have arrangements look the same or even better to the ones featured on the website, occasionally substitutions may need to be made based on season, flower availability  or other uncontrollable circumstances. We hand select the best flowers each and every day to assure the highest quality and style for each of our creations.

If we are out of a particular color box, we will substitute to a similar box size and color chosen by our designers to assure the same overall look of the arrangement. Our team is proud to have exceptionally creative designers who professionally craft LBR designs, bringing their unique creative interpretations to life.
